Tyne Housing celebrate 50 years

Tyne Housing celebrated its 50th anniversary with the launch of its latest Social Impact report, produced by Alice Jones Impact Consulting. The celebration event was attended by colleagues, residents, partners and friends of Tyne Housing. The headlines and learning from the Social Impact assessment were shared and celebrated.

Person-centred retrofit

Carbon Co-op has launched the findings from the mPower project to explore Local Authority led person-centred approaches to fuel poverty. Carbon Co-op hosted a public webinar (including a presentation by Alice Jones) to share the findings and promote discussions in the sector about how Local Authorities can lead fuel poverty programmes that reach the most vulnerable.

CHEME Social Value Hub

CHEME's Social Value Hub was launched at an event at Bangor University. Alice Jones has been invited to Chair the Hub's Advisory Board.

HACT Social Value Bank update

HACT has updated and expanded its Social Value Bank to include wellbeing valuations and exchequer savings.

Social Housing ESG standards

The Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing sets out sector standards for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). SRS v2.0 was launched in 2023.
